Sometimes you want the textual
content of
something like a Web page or an email message without a lot of
different text styles (fonts, font sizes, bold, italic, etc.)
that may be mixed together. iData Pro gives you a
way
to copy formatted text, but to paste it into the
Freeform Text Area of a record using only the default font.
Images in the copied text are retained.
1. Copy the
desired
text, as usual.
2. Click in the
Freeform Text Area where you want to paste.
3. Select Paste as Plain Text under
the Edit menu (or type
command-option-shift-P).
