Fisher's Hornpipe
I play this in C position with the capo on the second fret. It requires lots of pick movement across chords, since much of the melody is made up of arpeggios. This makes it a pretty good right-hand exercise, and yet I find it easier to play fast than in the D position with no capo.
The A part is not too tricky, but the B part has a couple of interesting parts. I play measure 18 by flattening the first section of my ring finger, bending the first joint backwards. At the end of measure 19, I use my first finger to slide from the 3rd fret to the second fret, but I still try to pick the individual notes. In measure 21, I hold a 5-finger F chord, even though I pick only four of the strings. Except for the triplets in the A part, I haven't noted any hammer-ons or pull-offs, but I sometimes resort to them when my mandolin-playing friends get going too fast.
