You can set up an "Address Block" in Datafile Settings... under the File menu.

A typical Address Block might look something like this:

    Ms. Marcia Markle
    President
    Mission Food Supply
    123 Market St.
    San Francisco, CA 93993

In a field-based datafile, the information for this address block might be spread out across a number of fields, as show below:

Rather than copy and paste one field at a time, with spaces and returns typed in as needed, you can set up an Address Block layout for the datafile, then simply select Copy Address Block under the Edit menu (or type command-K ) then select Paste under the Edit menu (or type command-V ) to paste it wherever you like.
